How to use CloudMounter – a handy FTP client for Mac
The process of connecting to a remote server via CloudMounter is rather simple and will not take a lot of time and effort. Proceed with the following instructions and enjoy your file management with this Mac FTP client:
Once you have downloaded the app to your mac, open it and choose the corresponding icon.
In the involved window specify:
- the name;
- connection method (FTP, FTP with Implicit SSL, FTP with TLS/SSL, SFTP);
- server's address;
- port;
- login and password.
You can store the login information in macOS Keychain and it will be used every time you establish a connection. If you leave the field blank, you will be asked to enter the password each time you connect to the server.
